Current Vacancies

The Council of the European Union, Justice and Home Affairs, has recently adopted a decision to transform Europol into an EU agency on 1 January 2010. The replacement of Europol’s current legal framework comes with a number of structural, operational and administrative changes including the changes in the terms and conditions of employment. As of 1 January 2010 Europol will offer Temporary and Contract Agents contracts under the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Communities (ECSR) and Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Communities (CEOS).
