This internship project is taking place within the ICT Financial & Contract Coordination Team. The internship project focuses on supporting the team working independently and gaining expertise in the following areas:
- Help the team with ICT Financial Processing and/or processes improvements in the contract and supplier management area for consultancies, hardware and software, helping setting up KPI’s and reporting.
- Help with the Request Management process, monitoring daily the work flow status of the different processes in place.
- Support in organising and coordinating the Continuous Improvements Workshops and help on the following up on the actions resulting from them.
- Update of the existing documentation and description of working procedures and reporting templates.
- Support in following up on the actions resulting from the different improvement workshops, the organization of meetings and help with other administrative tasks requested by the supervisor.
